"I bought a new car so I had contacted State Farm to update my vehicle information. I found out that my agent had been switched to Paul Santone. I actually spoke to him and not his office staff. Not only did he get my payment cut in half, but he spent well over a half an hour reviewing my policy and explaining what everything meant. I was shocked because I’ve never been able to speak to my actual agent in all my years of driving. I highly recommend getting Paul as your agent!"
