I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before entering the insurance industry, I spent 20 years in the automotive business. After leaving that industry, I realized I could continue making a difference by helping people protect what matters most through insurance. I'm a graduate of Robert Morris, married with children, and enjoy spending time with my family and playing golf whenever I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative with Paul Santone - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
